A Song of Silver - NPC Extras

I've been reading some reviews and wondered if anyone has this specific chapter in the AP. This happened to be the 100th volume of the APs, and because of that it's a double-ish length book with a large supplement of NPCs at the end.

Does anyone know if these NPCs have been reprinted elsewhere, either in the NPC Codex, Villain Codex, etc? Some reviews are positively gushing about the additional NPCs, and I'm wondering if they're anything interesting or worthwhile.

No, they haven't been reprinted. Each NPC is tied to one of the previous APs and they're insofar a good read in that they mostly have a long background text that expands either the lore of the AP or Golarion lore in general. The Terrible Tub is simply a fun NPC which i´ve used multiple times by now and some of the other bunch would make good plot hooks in a sandbox game.
