Like the title says, just making a list, feel free to add more.

Indiana Jones’ Hat
Requires attunement
Rare.

While attuned to this hat once per short rest when you would be reduced to 0 hit points or fewer, you instead go to 1 hp.
If you are separated from this hat it will reappear next to you after you take a short rest.

American Flag Boxing Trunks
Requires atrunement
Rare.
While attuned your unarmed strikes gain the finesse trait.
You may take the dodge action as a bonus action a number of times per short rest equal to your charisma bonus.

John Woo Clip.
Requires attunement
Very rare.
While attached to any type of crossbow this wonderful items reloads the weapon for you and creates its own +1 bolts as it does so.
Once per long rest you may cast summon nature’s ally as a bonus action, you may only summon 2d4 white doves using this ability.

Cool Catch Phrase
Very rare
This piece of parchment has a list of cool phrases for you to use. When you use one of these catch phrases you gain advantage on your next attack roll.
You may do this once per long rest.
You can also squeeze through smaller spaces at normal speed, and remain perfectly clean while doing so.
If you are hidden from the enemy, they will stop searching for you in 2 rounds.

The Headband
Legendary
While wearing this headband your constitution score is automatically a 22 and your base ac is considered to be 15 + your constitution bonus as long as you are unarmored and wearing no shield.
You also gain expertise in all skills in which you are proficient.

Uncommon

While wearing this shirt you gain +2 ST. This can bring you above 20.

Curse: Anyone who attacks you has Advantage. When you are reduced to 0 hit points you are dead. You do not get death saving throws.

Loin Cloth
Rare, Requires attunement

While wearing no other clothing or armor except footwear your AC is 20 + DX or CO modifier. You may use a shield. You are unaffected by extremes of normal temperature.

Edit: If we want to be a bit more serious AC 15 + DX or CO might be better for 5E math but allow magic item clothing like cloaks, gloves, etc.

Vibranium Shield
Rare

This shield can be used as a martial weapon. It deals 1d6 bludgeoning damage on a hit. It has the thrown property and a range of 20/50. Nothing short of the wish spell can destroy it.

When you throw the shield and hit a creature or a solid surface, you can attempt a strength (athletics) test with a DC of 10. If you succeed, the shield bounces, either allowing you to make an additional thrown attack against a creature you haven't hit this turn, a solid surface, or have the shield return to you. Every time you use this ability during a turn, the DC of the athletics test increases by 5.

IPhone

Uncommon

Requires attunement (if found in a non-attuned state).

The Iphone has the following properies:

Can generate bright light in a 10’ radius and din light 10’ beyond that.

The Iphone can record images, text, and sound.
It can reproduce that material on command.
It can take pictures and rapidly store data such as spell books, sigils, and words of powers.
It can take picture around corners, be sure to disable the flash.

The Iphone can grant advantage on History, Arcana, Nature, Religion, and Peform checks when it is within it’s service area.
It can aslo grant advantage on Survival checks for the purpose of navigation.

Once you learn the number of another Iphone, you can communicate as if using a Sending Spell with no word limit, provided both users are above ground and in a service area.

The Iphone has a mesmerizing effect on small children and the simple minded. Targets must make a wisdom save of DC 15 when finding one unlocked and unattended or fall under the effects of a Hypnotic Pattern.

An iphone may have additional properties to be determined by your GM.
An iphone has enough charges to operate for 2d4 hours. It requires a specific power cable and connection to recharge (may or may not be found with the item).
If these are present, it recovers one charge per 30m of charging.

If exposed to water, or small humanoids the IPhone suffers utter destruction in 1d4 rounds.
If subject to bludgeoning or electrical damage, the iphone is deatroyed 50% of the time.

Musical Clock of Eternal Love

This combination music box and clock plays a love song at a designated time each day. It is often used to wake it's user

Cursed: Upon attunement, the user will be cursed to live the same day over and over until they either achieve true love (TM) or the benefit of a remove curse spell.



Sam's Piano
Rare

When the lid of this upright piano is opened, the user may store items in the Ethereal Plane as though hidden in a chest subject to Leomund's Secret Chest.
The item is recalled by interacting with the piano lid rather than a replica chest.

This effect can be used at will as an action, but is still limited by the 3x2x2 total volume of stored material.
If used to store only plot relevant MacGuffins, the cumulative chance of spell failure after 60 days does not apply.



Credentials of Mclovin
Requires attunement
Legendary

This item can only be attuned to by a character with a charisma of 8 or lower.

These magically credentials forged credentials appear to be for an Mononymous celebrity named Mclovin from the exotic location of Hawaii.

Upon attunement, the credentials appear to firmly establish the holder as the celebrity in question.
Nonetheless, anyone examining the credentials is automatically aware that they are forged: when making a check using Charisma (deception) checks or a disguise kit to present themselves as Mclovin, the user automatically fails.

The person examining the credentials, however, does not necessarily care about the deception. After the holder of the credentials has attempted to pass themselves off as Mclovin to an individual to whom they were not previously know, they gain the following benefits on all further Charisma checks to influence that person for 24 hours:

Gazing upon this paper mache mask, causes the first person who sees it to seek to don the mask.
Upon doing so, the mask vanishes from view and no ill effect appears to befall the wielder.

However, on Tuesday nights when the moon rises, the victim of the mask undergoes a terrible transformation and becomes Actual Cannibal Shia Lebuff.

See GM for statistics. Notable features include a massive speed increase when running on all fours, Expertise in survival for tracking and setting bear traps, and an insatiable hinger for humanoid flesh.

If reduced to 0hp by any means outside of decapittion, the stalker fully regenerates once they are outside the line of sight of others. The character may then gain advantage on stealth checks to Shia Suprise their past victims.

On the following Wednesday morning the character awakens with no memory of previous events beyond strange dreams about talking robots and explosions.

Only a Remove Curse, Dispel Evil, or Greaer Restoration can lift the terrible curse.

A more specific version: Whenever you go over a cliff or are stuck in a collapsing room and would suffer damage or death as a consequence, your hat falls off, and you manage to cling on to something to climb back up, or escape at the last possible moment from the room, grabbing your hat.


When you are reduced to 0 hit points you are dead. You do not get death saving throws.

I'd add that your chin and chest are always clean shaven while attuned. That's the real magical power right there.

Angry Trousers.

A set of purple pants that require attunement. When worn and attuned, no damage or amount of growth will manage to destroy the pants.

In addition, the user can Rage as if a Barbarian once per day, though the Rage cannot be ended early and if all enemies are defeated- the user must attempt to attack allies for the remaining duration.

As long as you spend an Action on your turn to clack these Coconut Shells together, you and up to 5 other creatures within 60ft of you gain a walking speed of 60ft.

This large marble sized glass ball contains a whispy gray-white smoke. When the attuned person forgets something, the smoke turns red and glows faintly. If not actively being held, any player may pass a DC 15 Perception check to realize the change.

This golden compass has three hands and is encircled in runes and hieroglyphs. The wielder may cast Augury as a ritual. Wielders of 12th level or higher may also cast Divination as a ritual


Babel Fish
Uncommon
Requires attunement, but does not count towards your attuned items limit.
While the attuned player has this fish inserted in their ear, they are always under the effects of the Tongues and Comprehend Languages spells


Quad-thopter
Uncommon
This metallic statuette of a mechanical servant can be animated as an action and acts as a familiar, as the Find Familiar spell. It is still a construct. Regardless of the form of the statuette, it has a fly speed of 40' and is animated for up to 10 minutes. Once animated, it cannot be activated again until you finish a short or long rest.

This hand held box has a pair of hinged rods connected to a central antenna, while being wielded the user may use a bonus action to detect the presence of either incorporeal creatures or the presence of a magical effect. This does not identify the type of incorporeal creature, or the type of magic, only the presence of such. You may use an action to instead detect the general power level of the detected presence.


Pack of Smokes
Uncommon

While addictive and may have long term health effects these rolled pieces of plant fibers can calm the nerves.
As an action you may inhale the smoke of these plant rolls to use the effect of Calm Emotion on yourself or to end any fear or charm effect.

The Rug
Common, but rather cool man.

It really brings the room together.

The McGuffin
Legendary

This item does whatever the plot needs it to do in order to get the PCs to do a desired task.

Fake Lisence
Uncommon

This rolled parchment of pristine quality gives advantage to any forgery kit roll used to make it look like official documents and gives disadvantage to any roll to detect the forgery.

This gives you advantage on wisdom (perception) checks based on sight


Stormtrooper's Rifle - Cursed item
A crossbow that fires bolts extremely rapidly, however it can only hit NPCs. PCs can only be hit by this weapon during climactic battle scenes.


Heroes Handcrossbow
This item never runs out of bolts. The clip may appear normal, but it fires more bolts than anyone thinks is possible. It also grants advantage in shooting at not BBEG NPCs. Oddly though, it almost always jams in epic battle against the BBEG requiring hand to hand combat.

Well a Chultan Swallow could carry it. The problem is Chultan swallows are non-migratory so that's going to severely limit the area a band of adventurers could credibly encounter the swarm carrying the item. Since it is a swarm though, I suppose 2 swallows could carry the coconut together.

While attuned, the user and up to three allies automatically gains the benefit of the Tongues spell as if it was permanently cast.
Entering the T.A.R.D.I.S allows the user to enter a castle sized pocket plane that looks like any dwelling the user wants. Also contains appropriate furniture for said dwelling.
Once per session the user and all allies can step into the T.A.R.D.I.S and choose to redo any encounter with advantage on the first round.
The T.A.R.D.I.S will resurrect the user up to 12 times.

The user can disarm any trap that's been identified.

If placed in a nondescript location prior to an adventure, the gun will show up in a PC's inventory at a climatic moment in the campaign. When it shows up, the user has advantage on attacks with the gun, the gun never runs out of ammo, and it does an additional d6 damage.
After this session, the gun becomes a regular non-magical gun.

In addition, if you are subject to the spell Feeblemind and fail the saving throw, you can attempt another saving throw to end the effect of the spell at the beginning of your next turn. You have advantage on the saving throw if at least two allies are within 5 feet of you.

The soul may choose its race, ability scores, feats, class, etc. at the same level or CR it was when alive following normal game rules. If a corpse is not available the soul must be specifically identified.
