(PoW) Martial Training feat and Initiating Prestige Classes

So before the Path of War errata, Initiating Prestige Classes swapped out Maneuvers a certain levels. Post errata, those lines were removed, as initiator classes now swap out Maneuvers at every even initiator level after 2.

However, as it is possible to use the Martial Training feats to qualify for these Prestige Classes, do they no longer get to swap any Maneuvers?

I think you're correct. You would not be able to swap. Honestly I think the bigger issue would be your absolutely terrible maneuver recovery.

Actually with an Awakened Blade and a few feats to recover focus you can actually have a pretty reasonable recovery method.
