Gloves of Gnomish kind

Ok so i need to make a gnome version go a belt of dwarven kind
any ideas?
so far all i have is this

Gauntllets of Gnomishkind (Gloves requires attunement by a non-gnome): While Wearing these gloves, you gain the following benefits: You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks made to interact with Gnomes. you have a 50 percent chance each day at dawn of making a random gnomish device in your sleep You have Darkvision out to a range of 60 feet.

I think a 50% chance to wake up having mysteriously tinkered a random Rock gnome device is funnier, but that's just me.

I'm always hesitant to any flat bonuses stats. That aside, add proficiency with tinkering tools while attuned.

my character is terrifying as she exists.
