Paladin's Holy avenger question: is it possibly with any other non paladin or prestige paladin class to gain the full benefit of the holy avenger through any reasonable means? book & page please

Non-Detectable Rogue - is it possible? if so what feats, classes, gear make it so. book & page please

First: Sure. Use Magic Device (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/useMagicDevice.htm) DC 20 to emulate the class feature that turns a Holy Avenger into the +5 version. If the wielder is not Lawful Good (rogues can be Lawful Good, so this might not be a problem) then it'll take another DC 30 Use Magic Device check to emulate Lawful Good to emulate a paladin's class feature.

Second: No pretty much by definition. There's always a bigger fish; you can never guarantee detecting or being undetectable by someone who has a "more powerful than you" blank check.

What do you mean by non-detectable? Like ... no one can ever beat your Hide check under any circumstances?

No, more like magic beats mundane, strong magic beats magic, epic magic beats strong magic, deific magic beats all

Vecna blooded template. Immune to all detection and divination. Must be a greater god to overcome it.

The feat Darkrunner (Lords of Madness) is pretty helpful for this. It doesn't make you non-detectable, but it circumvents a major category of anti-stealth abilities, which allows you to be hidden against foes who would ordinarily auto-detect you.

on the detectable, more like tremoresense, blindsense, reasonably high hide and camouflage type stuff some i know can be gotten via class and or race - but looking for the potential options

and on the UMD I am not certain that umd unlocks the whole benefits as that would be 2 or 3 separate umd checks

"A Vecna-blooded creature gains immunity to all divination spells cast against it or cast to learn information about it. Such divination fails to reveal any information. The Vecna-blooded creature immediately learns the name, appearance, and location of the caster who attempted the divination."

Make of that what you will.
