Inspired by the "build a 12 person party" thread, I think this is a much more interesting question. The challenge is to create 3 parties of 4 people each using all of the classes without duplicates. 5e is balanced enough that you could probably do this at random (heck, you could do it alphabetically) and still get parties that function but there are some interesting optimization objectives you can try for: do you try to get each party to have Counterspell? Pass Without Trace? Resurrection magic?
Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Sorcerer, Wizard, Warlock
Team Smash - Everyone has GWM and they all get advantage from the barbarian
Barbarian - Totem (Wolf)
Fighter - Battlemaster (Str)
Paladin - Ancients (Str)
Warlock - Hexblade
Team Sneak - Everyone is capable of being stealthy.
Druid - Moon
Monk - Shadow
Ranger - Gloom Stalker
Rogue - Assassin (I'm normally very down on Assassination Rogues but it might work in this party)
Team Nerd - All full casters
Bard - Valor
Cleric - Tempest
Sorcerer - Draconic
Wizard - Abjuration
