Detect Animals or Plants probably doesn’t get much use in most campaigns; it’s very niche and very limited even then. You’d think that a high-level druid would be able to commune with the forest for many miles around, but even a 20th-level druid can only scan in a 1200-foot radius, which is a tiny pinpoint on the landscape.
Is there something that could act like a druidic Cerebro, amplifying this spell to extend its reach for hundreds or thousands of miles? I’m open to anything from official Wizards or Paizo content, anything that would allow a druid to sweep a continent for a specific kind of creature. Detecting the health of each creature isn't as important as its location on the terrain, from as far away as possible--ideally the other side of the planet. Is there anything that can do this?
