Find Steed & Invocations?

Hello all,

I was just wondering do spells cast with invocations apply to your mount with Find Steed & Greater Find Steed? Namely this comes up because of Armor of Shadows (Mage Armor)?

find steed requires you to cast a spell while mounted to affect the steed too.

As long as the invocation say you can cast a spell it would work on the horse as well. Armor of shadows certainly would. Also, if a Shadow Monk were to spend Ki to cast the pass without a trace spell it would apply to the horse as well.
