So my group has built a soarwood farm on a demiplane they created to help them build elemental airships like from Eberron.

Is there a relatively complete list anywhere of all the unique wood from all the published materials?

Also, is there a way to improve the hardness or HP of soarwood and still keep its lightweight?

OR alternatively, is there a way to make adamantite as light as soarwood while retaining its strength?

The spell ironwood is temporary but does effectively what you want. What your talking about exists... Irl but not in game. If you take a branch from an Apple tree and graft it onto a pear tree you'll eventually get a mix of the fruit. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, and sometimes the graft fails to produce. If it's good you can plant it. Sometimes a new species emerges, sometimes nothing happens. If the new species emerges then look to genetics. It's an interesting scientific field. The same should work for the wood, however it would probably be generations down the line for the wood to actually resemble what you want.
Finally the spell Hardness increases hardness and hp of whatever it is applied to.

As for the metal, look into glasssteel. In 3.0 it was mithril/adamantine. However that is an expensive process.

Ironwood and hardness was mentioned, im sure there is some other stuff as well, though none comes to mind.

You can always talk to the GM about doing a side/mini adventure for a ritual/alchemical process that strenghens stuff.

Costum magic items are also an option.

To clarify, grafting does not produce a hybrid fruit. It produces the fruit of the graft (apple) while the branch is supported by the pear tree. Grafting is also widely used to grow scions (cuttings) from existing trees on a more vigorous or less disease-prone rootstock.

I will trust your word on thIs as I read an article on that probably 8 years ago or more, but I thought this was how several more exotic fruits happen

The spell was reprinted in the Eberron Campaign Setting, so if you have Eberron Soarwood you might also have access to the spell from there, or from the Spell Compendium.

There's also Augment Object in Stronghold Builder's Guide and a dwarfy spell in Dragon mag that changes an objects hardness to that of stone (that I can never ever ever remember the name of).

Isn't there a special crafting process for wood just like there is Dwarvencraft for stone?
