Trying to find the Jade Phoenix Mage handbook

I'm trying to assemble a private handbook archive in case of forum death, and I can gather from other forum posts around (here, reddit, enworld, etc) that there used to be a Jade Phoenix Mage handbook on the defunct Gleemax forums. The original poster was joemama1512.

Long shot, but does anyone have it in any form?
