Alternative Source Spell

Is there a way to qualify for Alternative Source spell feat as a single classed Divine Spellcaster that does NOT have the Magical Training feat.

Need a way to be able to convert my divine spells to arcane for role playing purposes.

Be a race that has innate arcane casting? Magical training is about the only way you can get arcane spellcasting outside of racial casting or class levels.

Depending on how you interpret the phrase it works just as though cast by a wizard of your cleric level, any-spell and it's variants could do, with a tolerant DM. It doesn't really offer much benefit though.

A Sha'ir is a divine spellcaster with arcane spells on the side

I mean, you could get magical training, get alternate spell source, then retrain magical training into something else, since you could use alternate spell source to qualify for itself. Either that, or get a wizard level, DCFS alternate spell source, then drain the wizard level and restoration it into a cleric level, again, using alternate spell source to auto qualify for itself.
