Full Attack During Overrun

Is there a way to get a full attack during an overrun?
An overrun is a standard action taken during a move action, and overrun's ability description is what gives the single attack.
However, charge is a similar condition but there exists an ability (pounce) to full attack during the charge. Does there exist such an ability in regards to overrun?

Calvery charger from CW lets your mount make one attack at each person overrun. Similar to paimons dance if you are a binder. I think there's a few monsters that can overrun on the end of charges which whould work with pounce, but I'm drawing a blank. Some of the crazier charge into swallow whole monsters maybe?

There's a PrC from Dragon Magazine #317, page 68 called the Ranger Knight of Furyondy. Its 8th level ability allows your mount to make a full attack when you successfully use the Trample feat. Combine that with Cavalry Charger's Fell Trample and your mount can full attack everyone it tramples. Mount something with scary full attacks (and Great Cleave) and go to town.
