As with the other 6 CLasses (some posted, some to come) this class is meant for a World a friend and I are designing. its Balance hence should only be seen in the view of that World, not the Core Classes.

(See the Sage of the Blade Entry for overall Changes, short: no regular Martials, nerfed Wizards and Druids, no Clerics).

It is meant to be the classic "Character found out his Spirit was a Dragon i9n an earlier Life" Trope (yes, the Setting does have a heavy Wuxia Influence, why do you ask?^^).

It is intended as a very strong, alround usable T3.

Reborn Dragon God

Some people have Old Souls. SOme even rarer People have Dragons SOuls within them.
And the rarest of the rare manage to awaken the Dragon in their SOuls.

These are the Reborn Dragon Gods.

Role: melee Monster (hah^^) and Transport help, small time caster (or Initiator, see below) and overall "Hard to kill" member of the group.
Abke to muddle thorugh anything that does not require true subtlety.

Aligment: Any at start, but shifts toawards the Souls "original" one through advancement in this class.

Relations to other CLasses: Aside from a certain inborn (heh^^) Arrogance and aloofness, Reborn Dragon Gods can get along with any being not to far removed alignmentwise, with the sole Exception of Necromancers (anything attempting to control or harness Souls is anathema to them).

Basics:

Hitdie: D12

Saves: High Will and either Reflex or Fortitude (depends on Dragon heritage, used fortitude in the table as it is more likely).

Skillpts: 4+Int Mod

Class Skills: CLimb, Fly, Intimidate, Knowledge (Arcane, Nature), Perception and any 3 CLass Skills their Dragon Ancestor had.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies. All Simple and natural Weapons, Light and Medium Armor, no Shields.

Special Restriction: You cannot begin Game as a Member of this CLass. A Charactrer has to achieve Level 3 or higher in ANY other class, find out he qualifies for this class, and make the free decision zto follow his heritage from now on. This retrains all former Class Levels into levels of this class (later Multiclassing is permitted, if unusual).
Only humanoids that have no extraplanar Heritage and are fully "alive" can take Levels in this class!

Born Again Dragon God Reformation: Lose all levles in other classes, retrain into this. Gain a slightly draconic Look, a Draconic Destiny* and a Breath Weapon fitting your Element that deals 1d8 elemental Damage in a 25ft Cone or 50ft Line and another 1d8 per 2 Levels of this class, starting at Level 3.

Draconic Body: Gain +2 to 2 physical Attributes, gain +1 natural Armor Class.
Draconic Body 2: Gain another +2 to Strength and Constitution, as well as +2 natural Armor Class.
Draconic Body (Dragon): This only affects you in your Dragon Form. Choose one physical Attribute. It increases by an additional +1 for every virtual Age Category you achieve (meaning at the end of this class it is 8pts higher than normal).
Draconic Mind (Dragon): As DB:D, but with one mental Attribute. Has full effect in your Humanoid Form.

Elemental Resistance (Dragon): Starting at Level 3, you gain a certain resistance to your Dragons Element. This increases by +10pts every 3 Levels after this and applies in your altered Form as well. As soon as you become immune to your Element in your Dragon Form, your Resistance in your Altered Form does not increase any further.

Claw and Bite Attacks(in Humanoid Form): You gain 2 claws and one bite attack befitting your Size (see claw table in Core Rules). They do not hinder your speech or fine manipulation skills, but impose a -2 Diplomacy and BLuff Malus with people not fond of Dragons.

Sorcerous BloodGains Casting like a Sorcerer starting at this Level. Increases as if he had also gained a Level in Sorcerer every Level but the 10th, 14th and 19th. (So a Level 20 Reborn Dragon God is also a Sorcerer Level 12).

Dragon God Fury: You gain Rage, as the Barbarian, 4 times/Day (Con-BOnus+2 rounds).

Draconic Transfusion: You may, if you find a willing Dragon of your heritage of old age or older, transfer a bit of his Dragon Blood into you. THis costs the Dragon 1d12 permanent HP. You instead gain +1d12 permanent HP, +1 to all physical Attributes, natural Armor and one mental Attribute, as well as one new Spell known the Dragon knew but you did not.
This can be done once every Level of this class, starting here (ergo no more than 10 times in total).
If you are an Initiator, you instead gain a new Maneuver OR Stance known for which you need not fulfill its requirements (but youa re still limited to the three allowed Schools).

Dragon Gods prowess: You gain Weapon Specialization, greater Weapon Focus and greater Weapon Specialization with all your draconic natural Attacks.

Dragon Gods Breath Weapon: Add +1d of your die type to your Breath Weapons Damage. Add a single +1 metabreath Modification to your Breath Weapon. This modification does not increase the breath delay and always applies.

Dragon Gods Breath Weapon 2: See above.

Dragon Gods Breath Weapon 3: Your Breath Weapon deals half its damage to Beings immune to its element, and ignores elemental Resistance of any being with less HD than you.

Lesser Draconic Transformation: Their true Form now is that of a Young Dragon of the Color they chose/became chosen to be. Apply their Draconic Body Advantages, and their Sorcerer Casting to this Form and give them Weapon Focus (ALl their natural Weapons), otherwise it is exactly as the one in the SRD, including immunities, Attribute mods and weaknesses.

Medium Dragon Transformation: Increase to Young Adult Dragon.

Greater Dragon Transformation: Increase to Adult Dragon. Your alignment shifts one step towards that of your Dragon Form. This cannot be circumvented, but your actions may later allow you to move further away again, although this is hard.

Lesser Dragon God: Increase to Very Old Dragon. Your Alignment shifts 2 steps towards (or becomes it, whichever requires less steps) your Dragons. Effects see above.

Draconic Sorcery: You gain one additional Spell known for 1-4th Level. All Spells that deal Damage from your Element, or otherwise have the same element tag, are at +1/5th your level DC.

Dragon God Blood: You become immune to any and all Poisons and Diseases, and gain Fast Healing 5.

Dragon God Mind: Your are immune to any and all mind affecting Spells and abilities from beings with less HD than you.

Dragon God Body. In all Forms, you gain +4 to all Attributes and DR 15/-

Dragon God Soul: You are immune to level Drain, Instant Death Effects and Polimorph Effects cast on you by others.

Lesser Dragon God: Apply another inherent increase of 4pts to all your attributes (in Dragon Form only). In Addition, if killed, you reincarnate into your own Body, without losing a level, 1d6 Months after you are killed. This reincarnation does not apply if you died in an agreed upon duel, were killed directly by the Dragon God responsible for your Prophecy or committed suicide. There exists no other way to prevent your reincarnation.

Spellcasting or Initiating:

A Reborn Dragon God has, depending on his Heritage, the following Spellcasting:

Dragon Heritage normal (ergo Sorcerer Casting as described).

War Dragon (Various) Heritage OR Member of the Draconic Guilds: Initiating as follows:
Begins Initiating at Level 1, with 3 Maneuvers known and 2 readied.
Gains an additional Maneuver known at Levels 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17 and 20.
Gains an additional Readied Maneuver at Levels 4, 8, 12 and 16.
Learns a Stance on Levels 3, 6, 9, 15 and 20.

Recovery: All spent maneuvers are recovered every time you kil,l an enemy with your Breath Weapon in a turn where you did not use any maneuvers.

Available Schools: Diamond Mind, Elemental Flux,Thrashing Dragon.

*Draconic Destiny: World.specific connection to a particular Prophecy. has no immediate Game effect, and is too complicated in eventual effects to post here. See it as a zero sum thing.
