Oots stats?

If you had to give the members of Oots stat blocks what would their scores be? I'm just curious of others opinions

Out of the Abyss, there on the DMs Guild they have all NPCS for each level (3-15th level). Its quite good. If your running out of the abyss its worth the $10.00 for it.

They are quite definitively 3.0 characters which turned in 3.5 characters and fought 4e characters.
So they have properties different from the ones of 5e characters.
But maybe there is somewhere a 5e oots team that did not even try to fight the 3e ones because they know they would have lost hard.

They're high-level 3.5 characters. They're so far past 5e's bounded accuracy that even Vaarsuvius has a better attack bonus and AC than a 20th level 5e Fighter.

They're 3.5 characters. Things would be VERY different if they'd been 5e ones.
