Ghost+Draining touch ability

Does a ghost with Draining touch pick which ability score it wants to drain with each use, or does it pick one ability score to drain and it forever can only affect that one ability with its draining touch?

It chooses each time it makes the attack. If it were a selection made when it took the ablility, it would specify that limitation.
