Half-Goblinoids

I'm wondering what sort of creatures could be created by interbreeding goblins with other races.

Perhaps I should back up a little. My character created a goblin kingdom a while ago, and there has been some immigrant activity to it. Some of this is coming from other races. I had come up with the idea of a gremlin (half goblin/half gnome) scientist guild, which got me wondering what other sort of half-goblin hybrids there could be and what sort of roles they could fill in the society.

Goblinoids can't really reproduce with other species. Their gods had no interest in such things when they were created, unlike Luthic and the orcs (for example). It's even beyond unlikely that the different goblinoids species can reproduce between themselves.

In term of role in society, it's not defined by one's species.

I vaguely remember Half-Goblins & Half-Hobgoblins being a thing. IIRC I think it was Dragonlance because of the No Orcs thing.
