Night Hags in 5E have a special attack they can use on any players careless enough to sleep too close to one. They cause the PC to experience excruciating, terrifying nightmares, which can cause the PC to lose max hp permanently. Has anyone ever used this ability in game? How did you handle it? I'm about to use it in Curse of Strahd for the first time.
