Pact boons

My first time actually playing a warlock instead of building them in my spare time and I've run into a wee issue... I don't find any of the boons quite as appealing given my situation and character. I don't want one specifically tailored to them, but official, non phb boons are not commonplace. If anyone knows what book I can find some in, or knows any good, decently-balanced homebrew ones it would be greatly appreciated!

There are no official non-PHB pact boons.

You can always choose to reflavor the boons. As long as they mechanically don't change, you can dress them up as anything you want, even in Adventure League games.

For example, you *should* be able to fluff the "Tome" instead as runes that your Patron has marked on you. You asked for power, and you received it, with the cantrips literally written on your body.

The familiar isn't an ally, it's a handler. Your Patron is frustrated with having no results other than collateral damage, and has sent someone to make sure you're doing your job.

The Pact blade is made of your own flesh and blood, and you made it of your own free will and intend on using it to kill your patron. It's the one source of power that they didn't give you (or so you think).

I was trying to tackle the "interesting" part. If you are looking for more mechanical boons...that's it. There are no others. Not yet.

There are some UA that have patrons that use their own boons (like The Seeker, who grants you a boon that can be used for divination), but Blade, Tome, and Chain are the only official options.

You might have to look up homebrew or suck it up.

However, you can do an advanced search and look up Warlock Boons, and only search through the Homebrew section.

The best part of each Pact Boon is the Invocations that go with it, both in the Players Handbook and Xanathar's Guide. On their own, they might not look like much, but the Warlock is a classic example of "more than the sum of its parts."

There’s also the Middle Finger of Vecna. They’re my go to for homebrew content. However, I’m a patron of theirs, so I get most of their content for free, I can’t remember which boons are behind a paywall. I know their All Patron’s Eve supplement had two or three pact boons that were really interesting but I believe that was a paid item. Probably not more than a couple of dollars, though, and it was packed with Warlock options.

I’d peruse their blog to see if they have any boons for free, as they actually share a lot of free content.

Otherwise, search around DM’s Guild. I’d bet there’s a bunch of choices there.

I hope this doesn't come off as trying to sell anything, but their supplement "All Patron's Eve" contains five pact boons for a low price if that interests you.
