Is Bloodhunter Broken

I wanted to know a little bit more about Bloodhunter because my DM said that he was broken and as such didn't want him in the game. I don't know to much about the class so I just wanted some info or idea of maybe why he thinks its broken.

Ask you dm why he or she thinks they are broken? That'll be the easiest way to find out.

It may be simply that your GM prefers that 3rd party material not be used in their game.
