There are a couple of good reviews of this on the Paizo site, but I wouldn’t mind hearing some informed opinions from the Playground.

Has anyone looked through it yet? And if so, is it worth picking up?

Not sure how 'informed' my opinion is on the matter, but I sincerely like it. There are a few new, decent style feats (like combining light shield/buckler with staff/polearm weapons) and some feats to blend ki/burn together for characters that could make use of them.

The usual disclaimer: Most of the time, I find the Player Companion line lacking in quality and usefulness, when compared to what the Campaign Setting line has to offer.

IMHO the Martial Arts Handbook falls in the middle ground. It´s far from the level of a, say, Blood of Shadows, Plane Hoppers Handbook or Disciple´s Doctrine, but it is still above a a good chunk of the rest of the Companions.

All the content is available on Archives of Nethys. It's not stellar enough I recommend spending money on it, but it has some cool stuff.
