Say you wanted to be a Vigilante 5/Noble Scion 1/Evangelist of Mammon 2. Could you apply alligned class to noble scion?

In principle, it would work. In praxis, you're running into a lot of trouble by doing so.

What are the roadblocks?

Since Aligned Class starts at level 2, there are 9 evangelist classes to match with 9 noble scion classes. At any rate, I like the flavor of a wealthy person who got their money through a devil’s bargain.

Consider a complete 20 levels builds. Ok, we know that Evangelist must pick as specific class and virtually advance that. No problem with, say, Cavalier 10/Evangelist 10 (on Cavalier). Sum total = Cavalier 19.

Vigilante 5/Noble Scion 1/Evangelist 10 (on Noble Scion) technically breaks down right at this point, at sum total = Noble Scion 10. Problem is that basically, there still nine other level of Noble Scions, potentially space for 4, but there's no way how to handle a sum total = Noble Scion 14.

What version of Evangelist are you guys talking about? The only one I'm aware of is the one in Complete Divine, which is a 5 level class with no ability matching what you're talking about. Just some bardic music like oratory powers, which I guess would be a good fit for a divine bard who doesn't mind losing 5 caster levels to get some alternate perform-based abilities.

Pathfinder's Evangelist (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/e-h/evangelist/) is the one under discussion.

Evangelist PRC: http://aonprd.com/PrestigeClassesDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Evangelist

1vigilante (1)
2vigilante (2)
3vigilante (3)
4vigilante (4)
5vigiliante (5)
6noble scion (1)
7evangelist of mammon (1)
8evangelist of mammon/noble scion (2)
9evangelist of mammon/noble scion (3)
10evangelist of mammon/noble scion (4)
11evangelist of mammon/noble scion (5)
12evangelist of mammon/noble scion (6)
13evangelist of mammon/noble scion (7)
14evangelist of mammon/noble scion (8)
15evangelist of mammon/noble scion (9)
16evangelist of mammon/noble scion (10)
17vigilante (6)
18vigilante (7)
19vigilante (8)
20vigilante (9)

so Vigilante 9/Noble Scion 1/evangelist 10

since most campaigns end at level 17, I find it unlikely there would be an issue to be a vigilante 6/noble scion 1/evangelist 10.

so Vigilante 9/Noble Scion 1/evangelist 10That build sidesteps the problem Florian pointed out. The problem still exists, however.
