Choas Attack (IC)

This is the chaos attack thread for space and ground combat.

A huge gap in the warp open's near the town and a chaos fleet of enormous porportion's come's out. A smaller fleet break's of from it and head's toward's the planet the town is on.

The attack has begun...

While a battle ship launches drop pod's

Many Khorne-marked vessels come into orbit over Town. A battleship, and smaller vessels launch drop-pods loaded with Traitor Guard, and Khorne Berserkers.

The 1st of the drop pod's hit and a platoon of traitor guard pour out into the waiting fire of a vengeful stromtrooper group

Meanwhile, a wing of TDI Night Stalkers shimmer into existence landing in the carrier bays. They approached cloaked.

The Traitor Guard, Khorne Berserkers, and many other foul entities of the Warp-spawned armies of Chaos attempt to land, escorted by Traitor Guard-piloted Lightnings and Thunderbolts.

From the sky, a small, high-pitched whistling sound can be heard, getting louder, gradually.

a small "ship" exit's the warp hole then it close's,the "ship" is a little bigger then a rhino APC. It has an organic look to it. It slowly drift's toward's the planet the town is on.

The whistling continues to increase in volume, reducing in pitch slightly as it does so. Those with really good ears might hear several more whistles, faintly, behind it.

The now just visible pink thing manages to divert it's course around the warp hole. The other whistles are probably getting louder right now. Anyone with universal translators will probably hear that it is, in fact, a cross between screams and prolonged swearwords.
