Can you stack reload speed improvements on this?

But the important bit is this ability right here:

Fast-Time Reload (Su): Starting at 3rd level, as long as the clockstopper is under the effects of a haste spell or alter time effect, she may reload a one-handed firearm as a free action or a two-handed firearm as a swift action.

So, does this say "You may reload like this instead of the normal reload speed (and modifiers)", and so you can't use the alchemical cartridges to get two-handed to a free action, or is this just changing the base reload time, and thus it can be modified further?

Technically, that ability doesn't alter the weapon's reload time, so Alchemical Cartridges wouldn't work. It lets you reload regardless of weapon's reload time. Contrast this with Rapid Reload, which explicitly states that it reduces the time to reload.

Yeah. That's the change in language that made me question it.
