Adapting Twig Blights to Pathfinder?

The twig blights, which my group always called “twiggies,” are a classic plant critter that first appeared in Sunless Citadel, and was reprinted in MM2, both 3.0 material.

Apart from calculating CMB/CMD, what would be required to update the twiggies to Pathfinder?

Not much. You could be a bit of a perfectionist and compare the numbers with the monster stats from Unchained and maybe think a bit about what stats they'd have as a plant companion and such.
