I was shared this Ted Talk about energizing the minds of others and it's somewhat focused on human resource management for businesses at the start, but it gets quite general rather rapidly.

As the speaker started listing "what is most important" examples, I realized they were the same answers we've shared around here and I started to see why, for some of us, RPGs aren't just games. They're social exercises we're designing to re-energize our minds. In a sense, that could be thought of as a definition of entertainment more generally, but especially in RPGs, the way we play very dramatically affects how much benefit we truly derive from our games.

This video seems like a great resource to help GMs and Players ask the right questions when setting up a game so that people leave the session excited about the experience rather than brewing about things that just weren't satisfying.
