SVG Update

I'm currently using Inkscape 4.1. I want to download the latest version, but I don't know if it will support my old SVG files I did with my curent old version. Can the svg files be adapted for the new Inkscape version?

I'm pretty sure they can just be opened normally. I know it worked between .44 and .45.1, for me.

I've never had trouble opening older Inkscape SVGs files with .45.1

SVG is not program or version exclusive in any way. So yes, they should open.
