Hi!
It's my first homebrew class and I'm quite unsure of my English skill so both grammatical and mechanical help appreciated.
SCHOLAR OF OMNIMAGIC
There is no topic of study as supernatural as magic, nor is there a topic of study as arcane as religion. Some scholars devote themselves to studying every possible aspect of magic, hoping to find the prime source of everything both arcane and divine. Those scholars often are wizards or archivists, but to uncover the truth one needs to use every method possible, propably sacrificing raw magical power in exchange for far greater knowledge.
Prerequisites:
Knowledge (Arcana) 6 ranks.
Knowledge (Religion) 6 ranks.
Spellcraft 6 ranks.
Dark Knowlege class feature.
Ability to cast 2nd level arcane spells with preparation.
Ability to cast 1st level divine spells with preparation.
Scribe Scroll feat.
HD: d4
Class Skills: Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Gather Information (Cha), Knowledge (all skills, taken individually) (Int), Profession (Wis), Spellcraft (Int) and Use Magical Device (Cha).

Class features:
Spellcasting: A Scholar of Omnimagic gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if he had also gained a level in either an arcane spellcasting class he belonged to before adding the prestige class, a divine spellcasting class he belonged to before adding the prestige class, or both, according to the accompanying table. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (metamagic or item creation feats and so on). If he had more than one arcane or divine spellcasting class before becoming a Scholar of Omnimagic, he must decide to which class he adds the new level for purposes of determining spells per day and spells known.
Grimoire: Scholar of Omnimagic can unify his Spellbook and Prayerbook into one object, called Grimoire. Grimoire counts as both spellbook and Prayerbook for all purposes. As he first gains this ability he can move all spells from his Spellbook and Prayerbook into his Grimoire. Grimoire has a set of special rules:
- All the spells in Grimoire are either arcane or divine
- If the arcane or divine version of the spell exist in the Grimoire, adding the other one takes no further place nor gold, but it does take time.
- To add different version character has to obtain it normally
- Preparing spells from Grimoire happens simultanously for both of his classes and takes time as if he only prepared one set of spells
Student of the Written Word: As the true nature of magic is beyond human senses, Scholars of Omnimagic usually study from written texts and ancient books. As a result, they forge a connection with magical writing. This makes them pay 20% less GP and XP for scribing spell scrolls and other forms of magical writing (including scribing a spell into the Grimoire)
Dark Knowledge: At 2nd and every even level thereafter Scholar of Omnimagic gains an additional daily use of his Dark Knowledge ability.
Scholar: Also at 2nd level, he gains a +2 bonus to all Knowledge, Decipher Script and Spellcraft checks. This bonus increases to +4 at 5th level and +6 at 8th level.
Sacred Studies: At 3rd level Scholar of Omnimagic gains the ability to choose a single clerical domain. He gains a granted power of this domain, using his divine caster level as his effective cleric level.
He also gains the ability to perform a special study taking an hour. At the end, he makes a DC 30 Knowledge (Religion) check. If he succeeds, he may change his chosen domain.
Artisan of Truth: Scholar's affinity for spell scrolls increases as he gains levels. At 5th level he can substitute scroll's caster level for his own (either arcane or divine, depending on the nature of the scroll - scrolls neither arcane nor divine are unaffected). He can lower his caster level on purpose. To use this feature he has to succeed on a special Knowledge (Arcana) check with a DC of 10+(desired caster level - scroll's actual caster level) * 2.
Magical Unification: At 7th level Scholar of Omnimagic can prepare his Archivist spells in Wizard slots and vice versa. To cast a spell prepared in such manner he has to expend one of his Dark Knowledge uses. This allows him to cast spells he would be otherwise incapable of.
Scribe of the Magi: At 9th level he gains the ability to restore a previously used scroll. To use this feature, Scholar has to expend one of his Dark Knowledge uses as he uses the scroll. The round after he uses the scroll, the scroll reforms and can be used again later. Scholar cannot use this ability to duplicate any spell that has an XP cost or a material component over 1 gp in value.
Omnithesis: At 10th level Scholar of Omimagic finally composes his Omnithesis, finding a connection between arcane and divine. He can make a swift action to change the nature of any spell he sees in progress or in any written form. Arcane spells become divine and divine become arcane. He can also use this ability on other spellcasters who are currently in progress of casting a spell. If he wins the opposed Spellcraft check, the spell changes its nature in the middle of the casting and is effectively countered.
It's my first homebrew class and I'm quite unsure of my English skill so both grammatical and mechanical help appreciated.
