As a rouge what are the best things to try to get, ring of evasion, rouge vest ? Will disguise self spell be enuff with disguise kit on to change and change again fast. Will charm person be needed as well.

Two things:

1) A minor nit pick, but: its rogue, not rouge. Rouge is a color.

2) Why do you think the forge skill, even in conjunction with Charm Person/Disguise Self shenanigans, would allow you to con someone into giving you their magic items? Charm Person only makes them think of you as a friendly acquaintance; and the only people who tend to have magic items don't usually have bosses, and if they do, said bosses generally wouldn't make such a demand via a piece of paper.

As I said in the other thread: I would never expect such a thing to work, and I feel no competent DM would ever allow it without some terrible and severe consequences to the character later when the fraud is discovered.
