So there might be somewhere better for asking this but to sum up the situation, Theres an NPC who works with the party whp has a big mouth talks alot of **** towards enemies and generally has an overly inflated ego and the party thinks he deserves a feat to represent this or gain some benefit due to it so um any suggestions
