Does the auto grapple on incapacitate also apply to stuff like monks flurry attack and battlemaster maneuvers?

If the creature is stunned or otherwise incapacitated, yes. You can grapple or shove it using one of your attacks from the attack action, and that attempt will auto-succeed.
