Does anybody know? I really am looking forward to the artificer so...

Per his twitter JC was out of the office all last week. I wouldn't expect to see a UA come out.

SECOND Monday of the month.

Used to be the first Monday but... That got changed.

For what its worth? Artificer was released two years ago this month.

A few months ago in one of Mike Mearl's Happy Fun Hour segments he leaked that a new UA Artificer was coming.

Back in September he said it’d be coming in October. >_>

I’d LOVE to get a new Artificer. I’d love it.

I just learned to temper my expectations and not get my hopes up.

Considering the next book is gonna be about boats and seafaring I imagine we will probably either get sailing rules or water themed races, sub classes, and spells. Seems like the easiest guess.

I would love an Artificer but I think its a vain hope at this point. My guesstimate? We wont see it for another three years. And Psionics at this point will probably be just canned

Next Artificer will be coming in WGtE as an update. It might be that months UA as well. I don't think its coming before July. (because WGtE came out last July, thats my only reasoning. Its not that strong logic.)

Sailing was last month, along with naval combat. Aquatic races seem likely.

More accurately I am a pessimist.

If there was an olympics for pessimism, I am sure I would lose somehow.

That is some wishful thinking with a side of reading a lot into something, but fingers crossed.

The concept was good but it needed work. The mechanical servant should be its own subclass, pace the abilities better, and make it half casting.
