Hoopak Stats

Hello. Mmm... I am trying to build a kender character. But I can't find the stats lf Hoopak in the guide book, neither at Age Of Mortals.

And little P.S. does finnese apply to quarter staff or sling?

It took some diving, but there's a 12-year-old thread here (http://www.dragonlanceforums.com/archive/index.php/t-9297.html) that mentions this. I can't verify this is correct, but apparently it's on the Dragonlance DM screen as well as tucked away in a statblock for Thanator "Shroud" Grave-Eyes in Key of Destiny.

EDIT: Quarterstaffs are 2-handed weapons, and slings are ranged weapons. Unfortunately Weapon Finesse can't be applied to either of them, at least in 3.5. It might be possible in Pathfinder.
