website for avatar creation

Is there a good website for creating your own avatar? Many times I just use Hero Forge but sometimes it would be nice to have some actual art work instead of a picture of a mini. So far everything I've seen tends towards anime.

That's an awesome site! If they had fantasy races it would be perfect. Even so it'll be very useful. And I've only spent a few minutes working with it so there might be much more to it than I realize.

You can do fantasy races with it. Height and width of pretty much any picture element can be adjusted to create smaller/larger races. And there are horns/tails for Tieflings, etc.
