Say you have to make a will save and have:

1) Moment of Perfect Mind
2) Diamond Defense
3) Stance of Alarcity (can use a counter without using an immediate action, once per round).

Is it possible, due to 3, to use both 1 and 2 together on the same will save (thus making a concentration skill roll and adding one's initiatior level to it)? Or is it more a case of choosing one, so that eithe rone makes a regular will save and adds one's initiator level to it, or one make a concentration skill roll instead of a will save, but doesn't add one's initator level?

No reason why you can't use both. One changes what you roll and the other gives you a very large bonus

Timing-wise, you can use both. However, diamond defense gives you a bonus to a save, while moment of perfect mind replaces a save with a Concentration check. I don't think you can apply the bonus from the first to the second, even if you can use two counters in response to the same action.

I'm with Cosi, the moment you turn your roll into a concentration check, you dump all bonuses related to saves. You can activate both effects, but one of them makes the other useless.
