What are your favorite character duos (or more)?

Just like my previous thread over ideal dates, this one'll be as pointless and deprived of entertainment as the aforementioned. Nonetheless:

Who's in your favorite duo? (or more). It shouldn't be a whole faction (sorry, no Team Evil) or individual character (sorry, no Redcloak). Duos are preferable, but if there's a 2+ group of members then throw that in.

Cargo shipping generally does not count (sorry, no Greenhilt sword).

Duos (or more) can be cut from all sorts of dough, from friendships to romances to rivalries to sibling grudge matches to father-son antagonism to mentor-student amicability to ULTIMATE CLERIC DUELS to sidekicks and pets to snark combats:

What are your favorite character duos
1. Roy and Durkon. 1 fighter, 1 caster, and Roy''s smart.

2. Lien and O'Chul. Something about those two just makes me happy.

3. Daigo and Kazumi (Good in the original comic, and even better in the GDGU pdf)

I love every conversation between Roy and Belkar. Despite being polar opposites in almost every way, they have a natural rapport and a sort of weird, grudging mutual respect that makes the dynamic between them a delight to watch. I've often wondered if Roy will miss Belkar more than he thinks he will.

Hmm...for comic enjoyment, Belkar with V has some of my favorite scene. Belkar with Durkon is pretty good too. Roy and Elan go well together as well...everyone else, meh. Elan and Belkar in general play off people well. Now I kinda want to go through all pairings and see how well they work, comic wise.

I have an (probably slightly unhealthy) liking for the Sabine-Elan-coupling http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0794.html :smallwink:
I like him solving this encounter in a very unexpected, non-violent, kinda "heroic" way, and her totally being caught by it. There must be good in her :smallbiggrin:

(yeah, Roy being the butt of jokes just works so well :smallbiggrin:. His responses are very funny as well, and he can take it. With Elan, I often feel more sad for his stupidity than I can laugh about the jokes on his costs. But Roy can take it :smallbiggrin: )

I also liked Elan and Belkar, but ever since the party split, I've a hard time thinking of any 'scenes' they've had. Which is a shame, as I liked the bonding of chaotics from different ends of the morality axis.
