Rogue talent Dampen presence

The talent says the rogue is considered to have skill focus (stealth) for anything requiring dampen presence, to my knowledge there is nothing with that pre req, so does a rogue still have to get skill focus stealth for hellcat stealth since that requires the skill focus? Is this really a talent that just grants a so so feat?

You are correct, this talent only waves the prerequisite skill focus(stealth) for anything that also requires dampen presence, and to my knowledge I agree there is nothing in this category. Could have been the designers writing it in so if later feats came up in that tree the rogue could skip skill focus. It does give early entry into dampen presence and skips the skill focus tax, but it is not like blindsight or sense is incredibly common at low levels.
