Other than Great Fortitude feat, Items of +x enh to con, tome of +inherent to con, cloak/vest of resistance of +x to all saves. What other feats/magic items are decent at pumping fortitude saves.
Not interested in things that only increase the save for specific things like poison or disease, unless it is a very broad category like: Spells, SLAs, SU, etc.
Specifically looking for feats/items that give a permanent boost, and not class abilities or temporary bonuses from spells.
