I'm having a lot of trouble finding info on getting beginning stats for this character on Google. I know it's obscure, but can anyone help me out?

We need more information. What kind of character are you wanting this to be? Which Rogue subclass are you wanting? Which Cleric domain? Are you wanting just a quick Cleric dip or more like a half and half split? Are you starting at level 1? Point buy? Lots of unanswered questions.

What Cleric you pick is going to determine basically everything that the class will be doing, so there's no "blanket" solution for a Cleric build.

What do YOU see this character being?

If you start as a rogue and want to multi-class into cleric, you need to have a 13 in DEX and a 13 in WIS. Is that what you mean by stats?

1/2 Elf Rogue/Cleric Stats:
8 Str, 16 Dex, 13 Con, 8 Int, 16 Wis, 14 Cha

Max out Dex or Wis depending on if you are more Roguey or Clericy. Pickup Res(Con) at some point.
