Permanency and Psychic powers

Is it possible to make permanent psychic powers? More specifically the Graft Armor (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/g/graft-armor/) power. The spell Permanency (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/p/permanency/) doesn't list powers under the approved things to make permanent. But I have a feel psychic powers were introduced in later additions and no one ever thought of mixing the two. Or is there to make a ring of graft armor at the very least?

I think you're looking for the incarnate (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/i/incarnate/) power, which is pretty much just a more limited, psionic version of permanency.

There is the Fusing (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/psionics-unleashed/equipment/psionic-items/psionic-armor-and-shields/#TOC-Fusing) armor property that shares most of the benefits of the Graft Armor power, but at will.
