Assuming the spoilered rules are accurate there are a lot of neat plants that could be useful when combined with spells that affect objects. Animate Objects and Shrink Item come to mind. As does Fabricate.

To start I'm going to comb through the Hazards section of the PRD and see what I can come up with.

EDIT: So far, there are a lot of these that are almost purely terrain hazards. Which is okay, Shrink Item could let you relocate them and deploy them as desired. As could Animate Objects since in PF Constructs can be 'powered down' with a touch and word from their creator.

If you know of an interesting or useful plant that's listed elsewhere please feel free to mention it and I'll try to get it added to the list.

PRD Plant
Plant Type
This type comprises vegetable creatures. Note that regular plants, such as one finds growing in gardens and fields, lack Wisdom and Charisma scores (see Nonabilities) and are not creatures, but objects, even though they are alive.

PRPG Core Rulebook pg. 415
"For purposes of spells and other special effects, all slimes, molds, and fungi are treated as plants."

Theoretically, Animate Object plants could be crafted using the Price by CR rules from Building and Modifying Constructs.
Alternatively, plants found in the Hazards section could be priced up as custom mundane traps.
Either way listing their CR will be useful.
