Can anyone recommend an online retailer where I can buy miniatures (player character) and singles? There is a couple local shops but their oh hand stock is very limited.
Thanks

Hi Acctingman,
if you are looking for a good variety of minis, i would suggest:
reapermini
and
miniaturemarket.
both have a good bunch of minis of different quality
Especially miniaturemarket have a big assortment of minis from all diferrent kind of games, forms and sizes.
Expect a long delivery time if you are living in europe ;-)
I have spent 280$ (80$ for fedex shipping -_-) and its almost a month
Additionally there are the Amazonshops for the Wizkids minis which have a quite good quality.

Reaper miniatures, darksword Miniatures, and the official D&D Miniatures. I like the pewter stuff from reaper and not their plastic stuff. The hard plastic on the d&d minis are good too.
As for heroforge their designs are alright, but I seem to prefer already made characters that fit my vision for them.

Hey there, I'm constantly on the lookout for good miniature sites.. here are a few of the best I've found.
For Orc or Goblin only miniatures, I think this is the best manufacturer - http://gtstudiocreations.com/en/
For a wide, wide range of pretty good quality miniatures, and pretty D&D-ish - https://cadwallon.com
I also love the Malifaux miniatures, although many of them are steampunky, lots of them are absolutely fine for D&D - https://giveusyourmoneypleasethankyou-wyrd.com/collections/m2e
For a pretty broad selection of primarily female miniatures, maybe have a look at Raging Heroes, although some are pretty pin-up-ey - http://www.ragingheroes.com/collections/complete-collection
Siren Miniatures does some very fine detail sculpts, but many of them are a bit 'weird' - http://sirenminiatures.com
Huge selection of minis here of varying quality, but if you're bothered to look through everything there are some real gems - http://www.figone.fr/en/
Hope one of those helps!
