Sure. Multiclass as a trickster spellthief. They have access to the full bard list, as well as many sorcerer/wizard spells. There are also several prestige classes that provide bard casting, or you could be a gloura and get racial spellcasting.

Don't Warlocks max out UMD as a matter of course? Just get what bard scrolls, wands or staffs you need. At level 12, *make* what bard scrolls, wands or staffs you need.
