Looking for:

Culexus-the psychic blank that is an abomination against all that lives
Callidus-the shapeshifting sneaky one
Eversor-the crazed madman that's a living, coked-up bomb
Vindicare-the sniper

Since those are the ones with 40k stats.

Bunch of NPCs. That way their abilities can be replicated perfectly without any weirdness originating from the fact that 40k doesn't work like D&D.

Otherwise, they're pretty simple. Vindicare is ranged assassin rogue, Callidus is changeling assassin rogue, Eversor is berserker barbarian (though with no way to replicate the explosion on death), and Culexus is shadow monk (for Silence, proficiency in all saves and general sneakiness)/assassin rogue with Mage Slayer feat and low Cha score. Maaaaybe argument could be made for Yuan-ti, for the magic resistance, but that's the only thing that fits.

All of them decked out with custom items.

Vindicare: Elven Rogue (probably Assassin) with Sharpshooter and Lucky. Possibly a few levels of Fighter for the Archery fighting style, Battlemaster to represent trick shots, and Extra Attack, depending on the level you want to place them at (but 7 in Rogue for Evasion is basically compulsory). Give him a magic longbow, a magic hand crossbow, and a selection of magical ammo to represent his special-issue stuff.

Eversor: Half-Orc or Human barbarian, most likely. Probably the simplest of them all to make. Give him a magic longsword to represent the power sword and a magic gauntlet which allows him to make a bonus-action attack (d6 Poison damage, DC 15 Con save or Poisoned for 1 minute) to represent his neurotoxin gauntlet.

Callidus: Half-Elf Hexblade Warlock / Swashbuckler Rogue with maximum self-disguise magic. Eldritch Blast represents the pistol. Give her a magic rapier which gets Advantage against people in Medium or Heavy armour to represent the c'tan phase blade.

Culexus: Easily the hardest to represent. Probably a Human Warlock / Sorceror with Counterspell / Dispel Magic / Antimagic Field, lots of mind-affecting spells, and Subtle Spell for metamagic maybe? Really emphasise the unnerving nature of the Blanks - the high Charisma on this guy represents the fact you can't ignore his presence, it doesn't mean he's likeable. For magic items, maybe something that gives him Advantage on all saves vs. magical effects as well as the typical defensive items?

Also, this reminds me of a silly Evil campaign idea I had a while ago - each player plays as a Herald of a different Chaos God, teaming up to take out a well-protected Sigmarite hero. Still want to build those characters as an exercise.
