So I am going to be playing in a campaign with boats, what craft skill(s) would be needed for maintenance/repair on a boat?

Stormwrack says:

Repairing a damaged section requires a Craft check (carpentry for wooden ships, armorsmithing for metal ships, or sailmaking for rigging) and 1 minute of uninterrupted work.

In truth, though, the best is craft (composition), which you will use to cheaply create poems, plays, novels, and musical pieces, that--being art objects--you will sell for full market value so that you can buy wands of mending and warp wood.

If you want to go beyond those called out in Stormwrack, consider that IRL tall ships carried carpenters (carpentry, shipmaking & boat building - they repaired the ship, ship's boats, and all of the wooden furnishing & tools), armorers (blacksmithing & weaponsmithing - they maintained all of the ship's metal hardware and weapons, but ironically not armorsmithing as metal armor was considered dangerous weight), sailmakers (sailmaking & tailoring - they made both the sails and the ship's slops, which were clothes for the common sailors), painters (painting - to protect the woodwork, but they also took great pride in appearances).

Other crafts would depend upon the specifics of the ship. If there are siege weapons aboard, for instance, you'll need craft (siege engine).
