If I use many shot with a longbow and hit a creature that has DR 5. Do I have to account DR to each arrow or just all in one collective damage pool then subtract DR?

Manyshot's description in the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#manyshot) states that DR applies for each arrow in the volley. Precision-based damage like Sneak Attack and critical hit only applies once, but other sources like elemental enchantments apply for each arrow separatedly too.

Yep. The kind of weapon doesn't matter (unless the weapon has a property to bypass DR).

DR applies to each and every physical attack. (Weapon, Natural, Unarmed...)
If you shoot 5 arrows in one round at a creature with DR 5, it'll negate 5 damage from each arrow.
