Id Moss poison

I can't find anything on this beyond a brief entry in a table in the DMG. Does anyone know what characteristics it's supposed to have?

I have a player wanting to use it to poison some food. How much is needed? Does it have a taste, order, or visual appearance?

Do I just need to make something up?

Poisons use a somewhat standarized unit. The listed price is for one "dose", which the volume of isn't listed anywhere I remeber, and ingested poisons don't usually have a noticeable taste. Each dose can poison a single meal to affect a single person, no matter the size. The listed price is 125gp, so each meal affected should use one dose of that. Poisons are overpriced, you won't be able to poison an entire feast unless you're focused on crafting it yourself and has available resources.

Do remember that most posions are illegal, which explains the higher price and can make it harder to acquire it in large amounts.
