Fey creature/aberration with Tongues

I'm looking for a fey creature or an aberration with Tongues or Speak Languages or something like this as a spell-like ability.

Do you know of any?

The Spell Weaver has sorcerer casting, so could have tongues...

From the Fiend Folio - Darkweaver have tongues 3/day, and Ethergaunts are all Wizards

Example of Jaebrin is Beguiler, and have comprehend languages

How about the telepathy?
