If you take an ACF like Hunter in either Barbarian or Monk (which gives these classes favored enemy and other minor benefits in exchange for rage or a bonus feat), do they stack with Ranger levels or work independently?
For example, if I had a monk (hunter) 2 / barbarian (hunter) 2 / ranger 2, would I have favored enemy as a level 6 character (2 favored enemies, one of which at +4), or 3 times as a level 2 character (so 3 favored enemies, all at +2). If it is the first (a level 6 favored enemy) -- would I lose the ability to take the arcane hunter acf then? In this case, at level 5, I would actually have a new favored enemy anyways, so it might work out ... but hypothetically if it was not at a level 5 increment, would you lose the ability to take that ACF?
