Unholy Vitality The Frostfell Queen regains 20 HP at the start of each her turns. This does not happen if since the start of her last turn she has taken Fire or Radiant damage. The Frostfell Queen only shifts to her next form if she reaches 0 HP and does not regenerate. In addition, she may operate without any penalties at 0 HP, for so long as her regeneration lasts.
Shroud Of Frozen Souls The Frostfell Queen wears a hooded cloak made from the frozen souls of those who have displeased her. In addition to providing her with an AC of 15+her Dexterity modifier, it also has the following effects:
-Anyone of her choice who begins their turn within 15' or enters into that area takes 1d10 Cold and 1d10 Necrotic damage.
-Any creature slain by her has their shrieking, tormented, frozen soul appear on the shroud. As a result, they cannot be raised from the dead until the shroud is destroyed.
-She has resistance to Fire damage. In addition, whenever she takes fire damage, the shroud lets out an unearthly scream. All creatures within 30' must make a DC 18 Wisdom save or become Frightened of the shroud's wearer for the next minute. They may repeat the save at the end of each of their turns, with disadvantage if the shroud is visible. Once a save is passed, they are immune to this effect until they complete a rest.
Legendary Resistance (1/Long Rest) When the Frostfell Queen would fail a save, she may choose to pass instead.
Undead Leader The Frostfell Queen has various effects that can reduce a creature's max HP. If any of these effects reduce a creature's max HP to zero, they immediately die and rise next round as a Wight under her control.
Magic Resistance The Frostfell Queen has advantage on saves against magic.
Actions
Touch Of The Grave Melee Spell Attack: +16 to-hit, reach 10', one animate target. Hit: 2d10+10 Necrotic damage, and 2d10 Cold damage. In addition, the target's maximum HP is reduced by the amount of Necrotic damage dealt unless they pass a DC 18 Constitution save.
Frozen Ray Ranged Spell Attack: +16 to-hit, range 300', one target. Hit: 3d10+10 cold damage, and the target has their speed reduced by 10' until the start of the Frostfell Queen's next turn. This effect may stack with itself.
Drain Life (Recharge 5-6) The Frostfell Queen attempts to draw in the very life force of all those who would dare lift a hand against her. All creatures of her choice within 120' must make a DC 18 Charisma saving throw-on a failure, they take Necrotic damage equal to half their total HP and have their maximum HP reduced by the same amount. On a success, they take half damage, and their max HP is unaffected.
Extra Attack V The Frostfell Queen makes up to six attacks, in any combination of Touch Of The Grave, Frozen Ray, or other attack actions.
Bonus Actions
Empower Minions The Frostfell Queen bestows great power on those who follow her. Using this bonus action allows her to grant any ally within 120' of her 60 THP and a +6 bonus to all damage rolls for the next minute.
Teleport The Frostfell Queen teleports up to 120'.
Shape Ice The Frostfell Queen can, as a bonus action, shape up to 1,000,000 cubic feet of ice around her. (That is the equivalent to one hundred 10'X10'X10' cubes.)

Spite When damaged by an attack, the Frostfell Queen may force the attacker to make a DC 18 Charisma save. On a failure, they take half the damage she was just dealt.
