There's a classic trope of "The Blank" who, by being so banal and uninteresting, simply negates all magic/psionics/whatever (either in it's vicinity, or that it perceives, depending on setting).

D20 Arcana has a 4-feat-long feat chain that eventually gets to that point (wow all of your first 9 levels of feats? What a deal!) And of course Pathfinder/3.5 has Anti-magic sphere...which ironically requires the null to have access to a spellcaster.

Are there any more ways of of creating a Blank? Obviously, not for any practical purpose. But I'm just interested

Intelligent Magic Item with all of the antimagic built in. Antimagic Field, Dispelling Screen, etc. Add Mind Blank and they even be one hard to detect.

Devices from Ravenloft are non magic magic items, one could use them for the above Intelligent Magic Item and it wouldnt technically be magical.

Technology from PF is magic item rules for pricing and effects but is also explicitly non-magical.

Spellfire was supposed to kinda eat magic. How it was implemented in 3 x was dumb though.

Survivor PrC can help with this.
